A Home, A Legacy, and a New Beginning in Joliet

Almost 18 years ago, Dr. Rifenberick and his wife Eileen trusted me to help them buy their home in Joliet—a place where life unfolded, memories were made, and even grandkids were homeschooled.

Fast forward 18 years.

Life changed. Eileen passed. Their daughter got married, built a beautiful family, and created a business of her own—@simplymusicstudios - an amazing music school with multiple locations. And now… a new chapter begins.

Last Friday, I had the true honor of helping Dr. Rifenberick sell the home he shared with his wife for 18 years… and at the very same time, help him, his daughter Heather, and her family purchase a beautiful new home together—where generations come under one roof, where grandkids get to see their grandpa every single day, and where life continues… just in a new way.
